I am selling my 1989 Saleen Mustang. I started this car as a restoration project a 1 1/2 years ago. I have since bought a new toy (Porsche Cayman) and now this one has to go. The starting price is at what the car is worth in parts. This car is a great investment. Compare the 1993 Mustang Cobra prices and production numbers to the Saleen. In addition the Saleen parts are harder to find and provide better performance. This car should double or even triple in the next 5 years. Look to the BMW E30 M3 for Proof. The car is not in show condition. This car will make a very nice driver. It will need Finishing and cleaning. The total drive train and been rebuilt. ( I have receipts) The car previous owner painted the engine compartment three different colors when the engine was out. (He was an Idiot) So it is now flat black. The car has black carpet (wrong color) The only Saleen parts the car is missing are the floor mats, strut bar, (will not fit with SC) and radio. The car needs to be finished. Cooling System, A/C, and some wiring will be needed to done. Most of the parts to finish the car will be included. The car should make an easy 400hp at the rear wheels with 5lbs of boost. I would say three days worth of work and it should be up and running. The Speed lines have been sold. The car now has the proper wheels that came with the car.I would say the car is about 85-90 percent done. This is a great car to flip or build it with a son or daughter.
