THIS CAR IS REQUIRED TO BE LISTED AS A MANUFACTURER BUYBACK (PER EBAY). It has a clear Michigan title with no designation as a "Buy Back" vehicle. The car was just serviced and inspected by Grand Blanc Motorcars - Mercedes Benz and BMW of Grand Blanc, Michigan. The car is perfect and has never had a legitimate mechanical issue. The car was purchased new at Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills, CA. The original owner took the car back to the dealership 3 times complaining about a small ticking sound in the engine. This car is equipped with MB "Blue Efficiency" technology for higher performance and fuel economy which does make the engine sound just a little bit different. The car was thoroughly inspected all 3 times by MB certified technicians and a problem was never detected. As a courtesy, an evaporative emissions valve and a chain/belt tensioner were replaced. The owner was still not satisfied. As a result, Mercedes Benz USA bought the car back. I have a certified letter from MBUSA verifying the warranty history of repairs. The car has a full and complete 4 year, 50,000 mile, bumper to bumper warranty still in effect. 2 1/2 years remain on the full warranty.This car is absolutely flawless in every way. This $107,000 MSRP car will be the buy of a lifetime for its new owner. I am a business owner and am in an area that frowns on foreign cars.
