It is being listed on consignment by a local private party collector. If you have pointed questions please let me know and I will do my best to get answers from the current owner in a timely fashion. Here's what I do know: Real Deal 1968 Ford Mustang GT S Code. Marti Report included in pics. The original 390 was replaced by the previous owner with that of a 428 Cobra Jet from a 1968 1/2 Mustang Gt. Complete engine rebuild less than 1000 miles ago. Engine was balanced and blue printed. Has new cams, pistons, rings, and more. Also new carb, fuel pump, clutch, throw out, and tires. I know for a fact there there is a lot more but the owner stopped there and so does my list. I have taken a lot of pics which will hopefully help minimize questions about rust and so forth. I have driven this car a few miles and can say as a matter of fact that the car is not slow by any means..! Its obviously going to need some TLC but is a solid foundation and can be driven as it stands today. She does not leak any fluids or smoke. Fires immediately upon turning the key (after 2 pumps to the accelerator.. naturally). Brakes well and drives straight. We welcome you to stop by and inspect for yourself.
