The third-generation 4Runners have timeless styling and in my opinion look as fresh today as when they were new. This truck exemplifies legendary Toyota reliability and has been the most dependable vehicle I've ever owned. I love this truck - it has been my daily driver since 2003 and it still runs like a top. I've been putting off selling it for six months because there's just nothing wrong with it - but I've got the Land Cruiser bug and I just can't justify keeping three trucks. This machine deserves to be driven. The starter was replaced in 2012 because it was sticking sometimes. Since then its been back to flawless starting every time and should be good for another 12 years at least. The battery is one year old. I replaced the transmission in November 2013 because it was starting to slip. It drives and shifts like new now. Every switch and light in the cabin works like its supposed to - nothing is burned out. I don't smoke & I don't let anybody else smoke in my trucks, so there are no burns or weird odors. Every piece of glass in the truck is original and is factory etched with the VIN. Power windows all around, plus power sunroof/moonroof and power window on the liftgate in back. OEM Toyota keyless entry remote is included and operates the liftgate window. The truck is bone-stock except for the stereo. I replaced the Toyota CD/cassette deck with a Kenwood Sirius receiver that also plays audio CDs and MP3/WMA/WAV. It works perfectly and includes a handheld remote control. You can activate the Sirius subscription or not, but I would if I were you. Once you listen to satellite radio you'll never want to go back to AM/FM. If you want I can throw in the OEM stereo with the truck as well. I bought this truck Toyota Certified Pre-Owned with 38,000 miles on it. I have been personally responsible for every additional mile on the odometer - currently just shy of 175K. Its been garage kept as long as I've owned it and has no hail or sun damage. I only use 100% synthetic oil in my trucks - Mobil 1 from Day One, and the engine should go at least another 200K as long as you do the same. I'll include a digital copy of the Toyota service/repair manual and electrical/wiring manual along with the truck if you're interested. This truck has spent its entire life in the southern US - mostly in Fort Worth, TX. It has never known a winter of snow & salted or sanded roads. There is no rust anywhere on the truck - not on the body, undercarriage, not anywhere. The tires are General Grabbers and have about 10K miles on them, and there's a full-size spare with matching Toyota rim up under the truck.
