1958 Buick Super 4 Door Riviera Hardtop - Very Solid Almost Rust-Free California Car: This is a very solid California car that is almost complete, less the rear bumper, and is in need of restoring, or would be a great parts car. The body has virtually no rust, with the exception of the battery tray, and is very solid with no major dings or dents. The original color was Turquoise, but it was repainted at some point in the past Black. This '58 Super is equipped with Power Steering and Power Brakes. The chrome is very, very nice, which explains why the rear bumper was removed to be used on another vehicle at some point. The car was parked at some point under a pine tree, so there is pine tar/sap on the front driver fender, edge of hood, and chrome. This should be easily removed when repainted. There are a few pieces of chrome and trim that are dinged or pitted, but for the most part it is pretty nice overall. The interior is mostly all there, but some of the dash has been disassembled. It is in need of refurbishing. The drive train is all there less the carburetor. The engine turns over freely, and the previous owner said it was running a few years ago. I cannot verify that, but it seems that it was registered within the last few years or so. These Supers often get used as parts cars for Roadmasters and Limiteds, but this is so solid it should be restored as it deserves. I have a clear title for the car, and have sold several cars overseas, so overseas bidders please feel free to participate.
