Overview: I am offering my well-known low mileage E36 coupe for sale. Previous ownerships under Enthusiast Auto (very reputable BMW specialist in Ohio), BMW collectors, and BMWCCA members in warm locales. Long detailed documented history. Rare color combo. This is a well-loved, unmolested, adult-owned E36 that stands out. Background: I purchased this car after a two year search as a Sunday car. Previous owner (Houston, TX) was a multiple E36 owner who took extreme care of the car. In my time of ownership, I continued this care and performed maintenance work at a respected BMW specialist. All receipts available. The car is turnkey and CA registered. It can be enjoyed by the next owner, or placed in storage as an investment. I would have liked to keep the car in my collection but have just purchased another collectible. Recent Maintenance: December 2011 - New waterpump, radiator, thermostat, thermostat housing, idler, tensioner pulleys December 2011 - Coolant flush with genuine BMW coolant October 2012 - oil & filter change with BMW synthetic January 2013 - power steering fluid change with genuine BMW fluid, brake flush with Castrol SRF, transmission and differential oil change with genuine BMW fluid June 2013 - oil & filter change with BMW synthetic August 2013 - shipped via covered highend transport from TX to CA September 2013 - performed post purchase inspection. Installed H&R springs, rear shock bump stops, K&N intake, replace EVAP cannister, brake flush. CA registered November 2013 - replace oil filter housing seal and vanos hose, PCV drain hose, oil & filter change with BMW synthetic November 2013 - car was put on lift. No oil leaks. February 2013 - Shock tower reinforcement installed, replaced rear lower ball joints, replaced muffler hangers, coolant top-off, oil top-off. May 2014 - replaced expansion tank and various hoses. Car was put on lift and inspected. August 2014 - new battery installed. Parts were bought at BMW dealers, and online specialists. All work done at a BMW specialists.
