Selling a 1989 Porsche 928 S4 with a great color combination metallic gray with black leather interior. The Car comes with a Clear NJ title (See PIC) and the VIN number is WP0JB0928KS860089. The car is in a great condition with power windows, power and heated seats, AC, etc. There are 144K miles on this car with a number of recent repairs listed below. The interior is in great condition without any rips or cuts but there are some cracks on the top of the dash and as I understand it’s very common on these cars. The body is in great shape without any fading or cracking on the paint with only maybe a few minor scratches around the body. The car comes with warranty certificate for the transmission (transmission had been rebuilt in January 2014 approximate cost $2800.00) and according to the paper work included (receipt and warranty certificate) the warranty runs for 3 years or 50K miles from day of service. The engine runs great and it doesn’t appear to burn any oil, etc, but there appears to be some coolant leaking from the front (either water pump or one of the hoses is leaking). The timing belt on this car according to the previous owners had been replaced at some point around 123K but there is no paper work to prove that, but there is a receipt for service conducted during the beginning of this year (January 2014) where the belt was checked and the belt tensioner rebuild/resealed and the belt re-adjusted. In addition the starter had also been replaced along with both fuel pumps (In-tank and external fuel pump). A MBP muffler had also been recently added and the car sounds amazing and it’s truly a head-turner when driven on the road. The original muffler is also available and comes with the car. Tires on the car are in great shape but one of the tires in the rear is different brand but still in great shape. The wheels are 17” wheels from a newer Porsche and appear to be in great condition. If car is sold with buy-it now a Full Set of the four original 1989 Porsche 928 S4 wheels (Manhole cover wheels) with Yokohama Winter tires will be included with the car that you can use for driving the car around during the fall/winter months. This is a fun and unique exotic car with alot of power and overall a car way ahead of its time for 1989. The car is in an original condition and it doesn’t appear to have been in any accidents or to have been repainted. Overall this car looks and drives great and can be driven to any destination. Selling this car on behalf of a friend as they had a problem with how some of the information from Auto check kept showing up but somehow it works fine when I am listing the car. Given the age and mileage, the car is being sold as-is and there are no warranties provided besides the warranty certificate you will receive from the rebuild transmission.
