Can be fixed or parted, it had no compression in cylinders 8 and 2, pulled the head and it had a dropped valve seats in both cylinders, heads can be repaired just don't have the time to do it. It has scratches on the outside and the leather inside is worn with a tear in the drivers seat. No leaks under vehicle and it did run when i bought it.
