I investigated that issue and learned that the first owner got bumped from behind and the rear bumper was scratched. The bumper was replaced at that time. The paint matches perfectly!The passenger-side power window switch works intermittently, but the window can be operated by the driver's side window switches.The Skene Design license plate bracket is mounted in front of the center radiator. I usually only put the front plate on for annual inspections. Originally the car had the license plate mounted directly to the bumper with four oversized screws. The holes are covered up now and are barely noticeable. The oil fill tube had a crack, which was repaired. I bought a replacement fill tube that I didn't install. I'll include it with the car.
