This is an all original 1981 Z-28 , 4 speed car. 305 Cu In. V-8 . Mechanically the car is very solid and the motor runs super .When you open the hood the motor looks very clean , well kept and overall stock from the factory except for the chrome alternator. The valve cover gasket on the drivers side needs to be replaced and the exhaust manifold on the passenger side has a crack in it ......... Will need to be replaced it OR install headers. The motor does not blow any smoke at all. Transmission is tight and shifts well with no issues. Brakes , Exhaust and tires are all good. Original Z-28 rims are all in super shape ...... one rim has a little bit of road rash that can be addressed with no serious efforts. Overall interior is clean with no tears or rips but does need a head liner and down the road would recommend changing out the inner door panels. ( Showing their age) The dash has a couple of small cracks. The frame rails in the trunk are very solid . ( See photos) This car was originally from Nevada and the undercarriage is VERY clean and solid. ( Minimal light surface rust) The paint appears to be original and very faded from the sun. Would recommend a NEW paint job with the original paint code from GM ( Help retain its value) The AC is all there but will need to be serviced as well as the control switches which were removed from the dash to be worked on. The air induction in the hood scoop works well with no hang up at all. I also have the original AM/FM cassette radio for the car. I recently came into ownership of this Camaro trading my 1964 Olds Cutlass F-85 which i had for 16 years . I cannot keep the car due to my limited mobility of getting in and out of such a sports car.
