The SUV was purchased new, we are the original owners. The SUV is rust free because we recently moved to Rochester from Southern California a couple months ago. It has not been exposed to the winter or road salt. Please see the pictures of the undercarriage. The Element is in great shape, very clean and almost no paint chips or door dings for its age and miles. The normal wear and tear is at a minimum. The only modifications were fog lights and a roof rack that are Honda parts installed at the dealership. All maintenance and service were performed at our local Honda dealership in CA. The car was religiously maintained and drives like the day we purchased it. It has low mileage for its age, only 7,500 miles/yr. A very dependable vehicle with low maintenance costs. Two brand new tires and the other two are in very good shape. The interior is free from any major blemishes. This vehicle is fun to drive and is a great utilitarian SUV. It is front wheel drive with automatic 4WD and is the EX trim (you can look it up online for all of the options). You won't find a better valued Element in this area with no rust.I have an extra air filter and two cabin filters that will be sold with the Element. I also have the original owner's manual and window sticker.This would be a great commuter vehicle, a second vehicle for the winter, for a son/daughter ready to drive, a daily driver or a farm vehicle/hardware store runner. With no rust, low miles for the age and Honda reliability you can purchase this vehicle without any worries or dependability. Message me for a test drive and to see the vehicle. **I recently ended an auction for this Element because there was a typo in the VIN so the vehicle history did not work. After talking to customer service, they said they would/could not correct the VIN typo and suggested I remove and repost the Element.
