Up for auction is my very nice 1962 VW Beetle ragtop. The car is originally from Nevada and has never had any rust, body damge or patch panels. Full pan up rebuild in 2009-2010. All original solid pans heat chanels etc. Sliding rag top is grafted from a donor car, and is installed very nicely. Mechanically it has a pro-built 2276 CC engine built from all new parts by the Bug Barn in Las Vegas, I have all reciepts. Dual 48's MSD 6AL ignition system, 7 quart capacity oil system with additional remote cooler with fan, and remote oil filter. Lots of chrome, stainless and polished aluminum. 200+ hp. Rev limiter currently set at 5,000 rpm. approximately 4000 miles on full build. New performance clutch and pressure plate, lightened Chromoly flywheel. Fully rebuilt and up graded transaxle. Cruises 3500 rpm at 65 mph. 4 wheel disc brakes with working e-brake, and proper disc brake master cyl. Bugzilla dropped narrowed adjustable beam, with shock mounts. Rear anti roll bar. Chrome Empi Wheels, with New tires. All new 12 volt wiring, all guages dash lights etc work as they should, plus additional oil pressure guage and oil temp guage. All custom black and blue cloth interior, very clean and comfortable. 4 seat belts. SCAT shifter. Body is painted Subaru WRX blue, base clear. Very nice paint, but has minor blems and rock chips from driveing, but still shows VERY well. Black cloth slide back ragtop. All original glass with new seals, no leaks at all very well sealed car!. Comes with spare, and a very rare set of "Beetle Bags" luggage, still with instructions and key. Ribbed polished aluminum running boards, hologen headlights, led taillights, with 3rd brake light in liscence plate frame. 1 off custom built deck lid with custom air intake box, and hidden latch system. Many spare parts and lots of reciepts. Over $10,000 in reciepts, and much more than that spent. Only reason Im trying to sell is to buy another car. No dissapointments, this car is ready to go and have fun. fresh oil change with Royal Purple less than 200 miles ago. Fast, fun dependable car. This car really suprises the muscle car guys!!!!
