1971 VW Super Beetle Conv. for sale. I bought this as a project car 2 years ago (it drove pretty good then) and have replaced many parts. New Struts Strut mounts Front end alignment Generator Fuel pump Plugs/Wires/Coil/Cap/Rotor/Condensor Stereo & speakers in box (cubby hole) Tires (original size) Voltage regulator Battery Clutch cable Still Needs: Brakes gone thru and probably replaced (including master cylinder) Rear shocks Wheel bearings all around Interior is in pretty good shape. Since it is, I'm saving this expense for last. Convertible top is in very good shape. It appears to have been repainted years ago, so the paint is in pretty good shape. The floor boards appear to have been replaced before I purchased it. However, there is some rust underneath the back seat by the wheel wells. Heat exchangers are in good shape. I drive this as much as the weather permits. I drive it nearly everyday in the summer with the top down. I love this car. I'm selling due to moving and cannot really take it with me, unless I have to. If you are interested and want additional pictures, please send me a message.
