Vehicle Detail
Here is a great lifted 2001 Dodge Dakota Quad Cab SLT 4x4 with many upgrades, and a clean title! It runs on a 4.7L V8, sitting on a 3" body lift with Rancho off-road shocks, and 33" BF Goodrich All-Terrain (285/70R/16) mud+snow tires -- including a matching and full-size spare. (This means a full 4.5" of overall lift.) The front wheels are dressed with cross-drilled Dodge Viper brake rotors, while the rear have drum brakes. There is a black brush guard up front, with two pair of off-road lights, controlled via 3-way switch from inside the cab. In the back, a rear black bumper guard and two 100-watt auxiliary backup lights that are triggered automatically. Black taillight guards match the bumper guard. Hidden behind the driver's headlight is also PA speaker (public address). Under the hood is an auxillary fuse box, with separates fuses for two sets of off-road lights, auxiliary back-up lights, and three auxiliary 12-volt loads inside the cab. Mechanically, this rig is pretty sound. There is a small oil leak -- something to troubleshoot, but it doesn't seem to affect performance. Maintenance has been regular. The windshield is not stock, and was replaced after a rock chipped it a few years ago. Electrically, everything is pretty sound. The auxiliary fuses have been pulled to replace the off-road lights, but I never got to it. So, I left the fuse for the auxiliary backup lights in. The canopy is painted to match the truck. It comes with sliding tinted rear windows with screens, fold-down front window (for cab cleaning), and a locking rear glass hatch. Two sets of roof racks are atop the truck cab as well as canopy. The canopy has a manually-activated 12-volt light inside. The truck bed is lined with Line-X up to the canopy. Inside, the truck is a subtle alarm switch and light on the driver's side. A 3-way switch lies near the hood release, which controls the front off-road lights. The stereo is AM/FM with tape and CD, plus mixer. Overhead, is a digital compass/thermometer,3 garage-door buttons, and sun-glasses bin, contained with a fuel economy computer (DTE, real-time mpg, avg mpg, off). Running from under the dash, is a coax cable for the UHF/VHF antenna, a coax cable for the CB cable (wrapped and bagged under the cab), three auxiliary 12-volt sources, and an extra through-cab wire for additional accessories. There is a stock 12-volt source in the dash, as well as an used cigarette lighter. The rear seats fold up for storage in the back, plus a map pocket behind the front passenger seat. Finally, there are all-weather rubber mats for front and back (they were pulled out for cleaning and may not be in the pictures). This truck comes with no warranty -- written or implied -- as everything I know about the truck is listed above. Buyer pays for shipping, but I can help coordinate -- meaning I'll drop the truck off with the transport.
