It hails from Saluda North Carolina per Autocheck, and has always been in the area. Also, according to Autocheck, in 2009 it was involved in a collision, listed as slight damage. This appears to be one of the best kept Volvos we have come across. Except for very minor wear on the seats, mainly the front two, it is exceptional. The original berber mats have apparently been covered since new by after market rubber mats. They are virtually new in appearance with NO wear. Even the original berber cargo mat was covered and shows new as well. The carpets are stain free and new in appearance as well. This XC has not been smoked in and the lighter has never been used. The paint is excellent and shines well. There are no dents at all. However, this car is used, so there are minor scuffs on the bumpers. Oh, If you see any specs on the paint in any of the pictures it's bird crap. I got bombed right before taking the pictures. The 2.4 five cylinder engine starts and runs excellent with no issues or warning lights. No "Triangle Of Doom" here. These Volvo engines are well known for durability. The transmission shifts smooth through all gears without issue. The all wheel drive system works as designed without issue or noise. The combination works well and moves this wagon well through city or on the highway. Once again, this Volvo has been well treated. The tires will need replacement soon. If I have a set in my shop I will put them on at no cost. This car will be serviced and the oil changed before the new owner picks it up. It should have no issues travelling anywhere in the states. Volvo is a luxury car so the option list is long. This particular wagon has all options of that year except the upgrade sound system. It does have an aftermarket AM/FM/CD with remote and is wired to answer a cell phone over the speakers. I have a similar unit in my Volvo. As long as your cellphone is in the car the system will answer it for you without you having to touch your phone for hands free operation. The climate control works perfectly as does the heated seats. All other options that Volvo drivers are used to work as designed. Of course, it has the factory power moonroof, working perfectly.
