Up for auction is this 'one of a kind' yard find! Rescued from a drive-way in SoCal, is this 100% Original Tin-Top Westfalia camper! Everything mechanical has been done to make this a sweet running highway camper. 1. All electrical has been gone through; new alternator, including 'cool-air' boot, new battery, fan belt and bracket, H4 headlights, new fuses and bulbs all around. 2. New windshield, gasket, wipers, wiper motor and wiper arms. Surface rust eliminated at usual windshield base and painted with rust-stop primer and Pastel paint. 3. New muffler, tailpipe and fittings. Passed Cali smog, catalyst is OK. 4. New fuel pump, filter, fuel lines and air filter. Fuel tank has been flushed. New oil cooler and seals. New engine compartment seal (German). 5. All new brakes; drums, shoes, rotors, cylinders, calipers & pads; seals and bearings front and rear. New steering stabilizer shock and shocks all around. 6. Interior notes: All fabric is 100% original, not re-man crap from China! All fabric has been removed, new foam on all rear seats and rear pad, new horsehair pads on front seats. All curtains are original and in excellent condition. All laminate surfaces are original and in excellent condition New water pump, window screens. Dash is 100% Perfect, no scratches, cracks!
