Up for Auction is a very nice 1970 Kaiser Jeep CJ-5 with a Buick V6 and a 3 speed manual transmission. This Jeep has an all original steel body, and the frame is in excellent shape- it is hard to find a 44 year old vehicle with this good of frame. The jeep starts easy and runs/drives great; the motor has a mild cam in it, HEI ignition, with Headman Headers, and Flow master mufflers which creates plenty of power and a great sound. The drivetrain in the Jeep -- Dana 27 front axle, Dana 44 rear axle, T90 transmission and a Dana 20 transfer-case; it has also been rewired by the previous owner with a Painless Wiring Harness. It has a small lift kit in it with new leaf springs, heavy duty shackles, and a new poly gas tank. 31 inch Buckshot Mudder tires give this jeep a great vintage look. The Jeep is not perfect by any means but is a blast to drive and is a head turner for sure. Unknown Miles. The body is not perfect by any means, but is solid.
