1966 F100 featuring a 289 cubic inch small block Ford, fitted with Pro Comp 190cc Aluminum heads, Pro Comp head studs, Scott Parker polished high rise intake, Holley 0-4777C Model 4150 double pumper 650 CFM mechanical secondary carburetor, Herbert Performance camshaft, camshaft specs are: 215/225 Dur@.050, 475/500 lift, 112LC, 1200-6000 range. The engine also features Pro Comp aluminum 1.6 ratio roller rocker arms, hardened pushrods, roller timing chain, new water pump, alternator and fabricated aluminum valve covers. The engine was built specifically for this truck and also features 16" electric 200 watt cooling fan and electronic relay. Backing up the engine is a newly built C-4 transmission, new torque converter and polished finned transmission cooler. The drive shaft features new Brute Force u-joints. The rear end is a 9" ford with 373 gears. The suspension has been lowered with Crown Suspension drop brackets in the rear and modified leaf springs to achieve a 6" drop. In the front Crown Suspension lowering springs and "dream beam" drop I-beams have been installed for 5" of drop. The braking system has been upgraded with a 7" power brake booster and large diameter disc brakes installed up front, also an adjustable proportioning valve has been installed so the driver can adjust the brakes to his or her needs, the rear drum brakes have been completely refurbished. All the brake lines were replaced with new coated pieces because safety is a top priority. The interior has been upgraded with a custom blue jean and leather seat cover and matching fabric on the sun visors. The interior also received new medium grey carpet, Sony 300 watt CD player, oil pressure and water temp gauges integrated into the dash for a factory look. The exhaust starts with a set of headman headers that flow into 2 1/4 aluminized custom dual exhaust that incorporates an "H" pipe and Flow Master 40 series mufflers. The exhaust exits through the rear fenders via our custom fabricated outlets. The wheels are a deep offset chrome smoothie with "spider" style center caps to keep that old school look. The body is mostly original paint with beautiful patina, many hours were spent buffing the paint out to give it a truly unique appearance. The grille, front bumper and the custom rear bumper were painted the original Wimbleton white to help accentuate the body's patina. rear bumper is a custom design, made just for this truck. The engine compartment was completely stripped, cleaned and re painted, single stage black on the inner fenders, cross member and grille support and the factory white paint on the fire wall. Many, many hours and dollars invested into this one of a kind truck! I'm sure I am missing a few things as the list of mods is very long! The logos on the doors are vinyl so they are removable. I can remove them for the winning bidder if desired. We have put about 1500 miles on the truck since it was built, just cruising around and going to shows so it has had all the bugs worked out.
