Used is not quite right, it is all restored, all original body parts (no fiberglass). Frame off restoration. There is a ton of time and work put into this and it is not priced to get paid for all the labor (as no one could afford it since it is time with DAD!!) We are not large fans of typical 'rat rods' so there is NO PATINA and there are NO RUST HOLES on the truck. Ok so that's the background. Let me give you the stats: The old stuff is (but NO RUST) - 54 front fenders and hood w/ stainless badge and gloss black 54 grill/park lights (awesome-we thought this really made the truck unique) - 48-53 style bed (slant side/tops) with the Original Wood floor/ Heart Pine (beautiful) - 51-53 style three window cab (has split windshield but with vent window door and push button outside handles) - 48-54/55.1 series original Chevy frame complete with rear leaf springs and original bumpers painted black The New stuff: - Frame has Mustang II POWER rack and pinion Steering, new coil springs and shocks (front and rear) - see photos for frame/front end - Power Disk front/drum rear brakes with all new brake lines and hoses (power master cylinder mounted on frame and pedal through the floor with access panel under driver's side carpet) New floor boards with heat shield under carpet. - 350ci (300 hp) Chevy crate engine, rebuilt 350 Turbo 3 speed Automatic Transmission - All wiring and gauges new (21 circuit harness with standard blade fuses/extra circuits if needed) new '54 style tail/stop/turn lights - Panasonic CD removable face plate radio and dual 4" speakers behind original radio dash panel/hidden radio antenna - Brown carpet, Original bench seat brown bomber vinyl with black headliner, visor and door panels (as original) - Chrome Tilt Steering column (turn signals / flashers) with Grant Mahogany Steering wheel w/horn button and 2 new dual note horns - Brand new Bullet Hole Wheels/Tires (Cooper) with black lugs and black center caps - New 15 gallon poly gas tank under bed with filler neck in floor of bed at the rear (cab filler hole was patched/welded/removed) - Brand new custom bent dual exhaust and mufflers - Smoothed Firewall with battery mounted in standard location under passenger floor with access panel under carpet. - New Heater and New 3 Row Aluminum Radiator with electric fan with 180 degree auto control and large stainless overflow tank - All new Grey tinted Window glass with new seals/and caulk, rebuilt window frames and vents and new weatherstripping - Running boards and bed sides/tailgate have been coated with RhinoCoat for protection so you can step on the running boards and not worry about scratching the bed! - New electric 2 speed windshield wipers/arms/blades and new 12 volt 'plug' ("lighter") on dash, exterior peep mirror and interior rear view mirror - Truck has been kept inside since near completion and under cover - comes with it's own cover.
