Vehicle Detail
For auction a 1972 Honda CB350 Café Racer. Project started with a 3200 mile original clean CB350. Engine is tight with no leaks. Shifts smooth through the gears. Carbs have been cleaned and adjusted. Bike was pulled down and frame was clean up, brackets removed and a Benji's Cafés rear hoop was installed for the tail section. I used a BCR café kit that included the tank, tail, hoop, and front fender. Tank is lined to prevent damage to fiberglass from ethanol fuel. Tank has 2 petcocks installed one for each carb. Kit for conversion ran 1500.00 without paint! Fly screen is from Hotwing Glass. All parts are painted base clear Mercedes Benz silver. Paint is sweet and has a very deep gloss. New tires mounted on stock rims. Brakes were gone through cleaned and adjusted. New rear sets were added. BCR made velocity stacks. Bike has new progressive rear shocks. Battery new lithium sealed dry unit is mounted under tank with BCR mount kit. Bike has a new 2to1 header and was wrapped with Harley Davidson bronze wrap and new chrome reverse cone muffler finishes up the exhaust. Black powder coated clubman bars were added and new grips. New DID gold o ring chain. These are just the highlights. Bike is a solid runner taken on Spring Crud run 2014 and Mystery Ride 2014 in my home town and ran flawless. Electric and kick start. Making room as I am running out if space. Call 608-513-1967 after 6pm or e-mail questions. Fun and dependable for less then you might spend building yourself. This is a well built little café racer so bid to win. I have a reasonable reserve which is below my build cost. This was a winter project at our shop to keep me busy. Bike has been photographed at a couple of runs and appeared on the internet to my surprise. Always get a lot of attention where ever I take it. Lower Reserve Price!
