Car has been hand washed and detailed regularly since new. All original body panels and paint. Near perfect panel fitment and gap. No major dings, dents, or scratches to note. Couple of minor rock chips on the front bumper that have been touched up with an OEM BMW touch-up paint kit. CSL carbon fiber rear diffuser with near perfect fitment. Soft top is in excellent condition with no rips, tares, or stains. Rear glass window is perfect as well. Factory hardtop is also in perfect condition with great paint and a super clean headliner. Factory stand is included to store the hardtop when off the car. All glass is in good shape with no pitting or cracks whatsoever. Some minor superficial curb rash on three of the wheels, however all four are straight and true. Car is structurally solid with no rust anywhere. The subframe and all shock mounts are completely solid as well.Interior:Black leather interior in excellent shape for its age with absolutely no rips, tares, or scratches. Completely smoke and odor free. Alcantara (synthetic suede) steering wheel with ///M tri-color stitching, along with an alcantara shift boot and an OEM ZHP weighted shift knob. Piano black trim in great shape with no cracking or defects of any kind. Very clean trunk that's barely been used.Electronics:All power options work as they should with no faults of any kind. Power top goes up and down smoothly with no problems of any kind. All lighting works as it should as well. Mechanicals:Meticulously maintained since new using only OEM parts. Full service history with records. Inspection I & II both completed. Car starts, runs, and drives flawlessly. Motor idles perfect and pulls strong with full compression in all six cylinders. The 6speed transmission shifts throughout all gears smoothly and precisely, with a short throw compliments to an OEM BMW 330d (E46) short shift kit. Suspension is in good shape and provides a comfortable and smooth ride with super tight and sporty handling, which should be expected from any well kept ///M series BMW. Brakes have new pads and rotors, bringing the car to a full stop with ease. Super sticky Michelin Pilot Sport tires have about 1,500 miles on them with plenty of life left. Active Autowerke's exhaust provides a super high-quality exotic growl that is civil at idle and has no rasp while cruising, yet it absolutely screams when desired. The original stock exhaust is included in the sale. This is not a brand-new vehicle, and potential buyers should not expect one. It is a 13 year-old vehicle with 65,xxx miles and does show some minor wear in various areas. Having said that, it is a beautiful example of a BMW ///M3 and is in excellent condition for its age both mechanically and cosmetically. All lights have been tested, and do work properly. However the car has no mechanical faults and there is absolutely no CEL or any other warning lights of any kind on the dash cluster.
