1986 Ford Ranger...6 cyl engine, auto trans. 4 wheel drive. 7 ft. bed.Engine runs but the transmission slips badly, I was driving it and knocked out the U-joint and yoke when it banged into gear on a hill. So it needs a universal joint, replacement yolk and therefore must be towed. The 4 wheel drive unit works great, has good wheels and tires, and engine fires right up and runs. Exhaust is about a year old. It does have rust (drivers side floor and some spots on body) and the tailgate handle is broken. I haven't driven the truck in over a year but I think I have covered everything here. I am selling the truck as is....its a mechanics special/project vehicle. It was good to me for 8 years and with some repairs, could be a decent, economical, 4 wheel drive, work truck again.
