Up for auction with NO RESERVE is a gorgeous collectable 1979 Triumph Spitfire 1500 in excellent condition. Recently completed a full restoration and it's ready for the road in any capacity. No rust, never been in any accidents, never smoked in, always garage kept. Purchased from a dealer in California on September 30th 2013 for $5,000. Picture of the receipt is listed below. Since the purchase it has underwent so much work and restoration, the list goes on and on. Other then a few small chips in a couple of places, it's immaculate. Brand new top was installed, all new leather interior and carpeting, engine completely rebuilt inside and out just two months ago for $1,700. Dual core heavy duty racing radiator installed, Sony CD player with auxiliary and direct iPod or iPhone input along with all new speakers, new tires, new battery, complete tuneup. Original paint, original wheels and the rest of the car is for the most part also original. Also included in the auction is a convertible snap on tonneau cover which is optional when you take the top down. It's pictured in the trunk on top of the spare wheel. Overall the car drives and handles very smooth, with no squeaking, no rattling. Manual transmission and clutch are also in excellent working order. All electronics are in good working order. Clean California title in hand, 79,160 original miles, California registration expires in April of 2015, passed California smog inspection May 9th of 2014 which has some of the toughest and highest emission standards in the country. If purchased in California, it will not need to be resmogged if the owner registers the vehicle by August 8th. If purchased outside of California, I can help arrange shipping the car anywhere to the national 48 states in the US. Shipping price will vary according to your location and will be added on top of final end price of the car. I just shipped a BMW SUV to my mother in Chicago from Los Angeles for $700. That should give you a rough idea of pricing.  I have plenty of feedback as a seller and have sold many valuable and expensive items. My descriptions are accurate, honest and supported by plenty of recent pictures. A $500 deposit is due 24 hours of auction end and the remainder must be satisfied via certified cashiers check or cash.
