Here is a 1973 Triumph GT6 Mk3. This is another Webb Motors barn find. It is offered for restoration. It does not run. The engine is not stuck, turns over, seems to have compression. Obviously, the buyer will need to get it running, go through the gas tank, fuel system, brake and clutch hydraulics, electrical, etc., etc. This is a very solid car, only surface rust in a few places, shown in the pictures. Floors are solid. Seats are good, dash is complete. Car is complete except for what is not shown in pictures. The car had dry indoor storage, except for the hood. The owner left the hood outside, where it filled with water and rusted out. That is why there is a different hood on the car. The replacement hood has some rust on the bottom front. There are no signs of wreck or body damage anywhere on the car. 1973 was the last year for the GT6, the '73 cars went back to the swing spring in the rear (no rotoflex), had self-adjusting rear brakes, and came with power brakes (the notoriously bad booster has been removed on this car, bracket is still there). The odometer shows 02270 miles, but that obviously has a "1" in front of it, since the Virginia title shows 88,233. This car represents an excellent restoration opportunity for some lucky bidder.
