This is a stunning 1932 Ford, rumble seat, Sport Coupe, 100% original rust free Henry Ford steel! It has always been a California car, until the owner purchased it(I'm selling it for the 74 year owner who is downsizing his collection). The original 1932 Ford 21 stud flathead V8 has been replaced with a 1933 version, as Henry had a lot of problems with the initial 32' V8's and a lot of them were replaced with the better designed 1933 21 stud version. The car went under a complete restoration some years back, and has been garaged and well cared for. Paint & body are beautiful and are in the original color, very straight, with a very nice finish. The interior is very nice, with the top of the line LeBaron Bonney interior, beautiful wood graining on dash and garnish moldings. All glass is very nice and all gauges work. Mechanically, she's one of the smoothest 32's out there! Engine fires right up, no smoke, smooth as a baby's butt! Transmission is smooth, except occasionally, if you are driving in 2nd gear and let off the gas, she will slide out of second gear. Shifts smoothly into all gears with a very smooth clutch, and no noise from the differential. Has a new 97 Stromberg carburettor and a new fuel pump. New battery, water pump and a re-cored radiator. A recent brake upgrade to an all new complete juice brake conversion kit. Complete front axle rebuild, all four shocks rebuilt, new parking brake cables & hardware. It drives down the road like a new Ford did, except now it stops on a dime! There are only a handful of these original, un- molested Ford Sport coupes out there. This is an outstanding 32', that anybody would be proud to add to their collection. It is ready to drive and enjoy the day you get it! Sorry, no trades.
