This 57 Chevy has the right "Custom Culture look" The body is straight and solid shot in Hot Rod Flatz Black and Gold Paint with a metallic Brown Cap. It starts, drives and stops very well. It has a 400hp 350 SBC V8 with approx 10,000 miles on it since rebuild. Runs strong and starts up every time first try. This Pickup has a 12 volt system with good wiring, 100amp Alternator, and new battery, Edelbrock carb, valve covers, and polished manifold. Power steering and serpentine belt. The tranny is a 350 Automatic with a short floor shifter, vintage cast shift knob, it shifts great in all gears, no slippage. Purrs like a kitten, runs like a cheetah, and stays cool like Fonzi. This Truck is lowered with lowering springs on the Camaro Clip IFS and C-Notched Rear Leafs. G-78 Wide White Wall Tires on 15" Red Powder Chromies with Shannon Cone hubcaps. This Classic stops on a dime, Power booster and dual master cylinder, brakes were bled and adjusted. Camaro Posi 12 Bolt rear end with new open drive-line helps this vintage truck scoot down the freeway. Dual Flowmaster Exhaust dumps out under the bed, sounds great. Large hidden fuel cell gas tank under the bed. The interior is very comfortable with new carpet, Original seat is plush and has two small tears under the matching Serape Blanket, I've cleaned it up the best I could and it don't look to bad. Aftermarket gauges and aluminium inserts dress up the GMC Dash. Tilt GM Colum with a vintage Indy 500 Whit Steering Wheel. The Smoked flat door glass is included but not installed as I was planning on doing a one piece conversion but never got to it, the rest of the glass is installed and crack free (see pics). The bed is very usable, black painted plywood base is raised with 2x4’s and is very strong. The body is straight overall. Great chrome Bumper and blacked out 1957 painted grill. It has patina, some dents and dings. That said the truck is SOLID!!! This Truck is for someone to just enjoy a nice daily driver or take it to shows it's not perfect it's not a trailer queen by any means but it's a cool old pick-up and there are not many like this around.
