Turbo 400 automatic transmission, power steering, all new shocks and suspension, all new brakes and lines, new leaf springs, new interior, detailed under carriage, new Centerline wheels, newer tires. The 1954 and 1955 Chevrolet trucks were considered the last of the Classic advance design trucks from Chevrolet and were they ever popular. Today they are bringing between $30,000 and $75,000 at auction as people want a piece of AMERICA at it's best. Just to update my ad. I just spent about $1,300 to install a new and better matched distributer, wires and plugs on the new motor and do the final fabricating and adjustment on the custom Saginaw power steering to make this truck go from very good driver to EXCELLENT DRIVING MACHINE.
