Your looking at and checking out a 2003 F350 Crew Cab 4 door truck with an 8' bed. The F350 as you already know is built tough. The F350 is a work horse, it can handle just about anything your throw at it or in it. This F350 has the 5.4L Triton Engine with ONLY 83,500 miles! Its just barely broken in! The engine starts right up, idles smooth and runs strong just as it should. Paired up with an automatic transmission that is just as reliable and dependable as its powerplant engine. The trans shifts smoothly and operates just as it should and just as you would expect. The truck drives great. It drives straight down the road at 70mph, you could let go of the wheel and it would track straight just as it should. The suspension is stiff, but after all it is an F350. With the long wheel base its not uncomfortable but I am sure it would ride alot nicer with a little load in it. The truck also has a 2" receiver hitch in the back as well as a 7 pin connector for trailering. The cover is broken on the connector and there is no brake controller nor do I see any sign of a previously installed contoller. Mechanically the truck appears and drives just as you would expect from a truck with 83,500 miles. It drives very well. Cosmetically the truck shows pretty well also. It has been repainted and it is a basic work truck type paint job. It is by far not a showroom quality paint job. It looks good from 5' but as you get closer you can see small imperfections and you can also see dents and things that were just painted over and not repaired. The photos do show some of the small dents in the hood, however with the truck being white do not show some of the smaller surface imperfections. I have taken many pictures so you can see but are not clear in photos. I would assume someone will be purchasing this for thier business, once you put your logos and stuff on the side, I really dont think the paint condition is going to affect your vision. You will also see the front bumper is bent as well as the rear bumper in bent as well. The rear bumper is missing the plastic cover on the left side as well. Please take a close look at the pictures to see complete condition of the truck If you are concerned with a perfect paint job or a better than a 5 footer paint job I recommend you see it before you buy it. Its not bad for a work truck. The interior of the truck is in good condition as well for a work truck. The seats are not all torn up and ripped apart, the floor is pretty much intact with some wear in the drivers area. There are some stains and such as you will se in the photos I have taken of the interior. Its a basic work truck interior with vinyl floor, vinyl seats, crank windows and push locks. There is no radio nor is there an AC option. Very basic work truck. The underside of the truck is in OK condition as well. It has some rusting typical of a truck this age. I have taken pictures of the underside as well, please examine to see condition. The spare tire is missing from the underside. 3 of the 4 tires are LIKE NEW 95% or better. 1 tire is 75% and a different brand. All of the lights are in working condition. Antifreeze is good to -30F There are no know drivetrain issues. There are no starting, charging or ignition issues. There is no sign of oil consumption or leaking. It does not miss, backfire or idle improperly. The serpentine is in good condition. All fluids have been checked and are adequate. There are no guage or dash issues. There should be no issue with the vehicle passing a state emissions test. The exhaust system is intact. There are no known fuel related issues. The horn works. All seat belts are working. The spedometer and odometer are functional and accurate. The drivers mirror is scratched, the pass mirror is cracked and not adjustable. The wipers and washers are all OK and working. The windshield defroster is operational. The winshield and all other glass has no cracks or chips. Test drives, personal inspections, or 3rd party inspections are welcomed and encouraged. Your looking at and checking out a 2003 F350 Crew Cab 4 door truck with an 8' bed.
The F350 as you already know is built tough. The F350 is a work horse, it can handle just about anything your throw at it or in it.
This F350 has the 5.4L Triton Engine with ONLY 83,500 miles! Its just barely broken in! The engine starts right up, idles smooth and runs strong just as it should. Paired up with an automatic transmission that is just as reliable and dependable as its powerplant engine. The trans shifts smoothly and operates just as it should and just as you would expect.
The truck drives great. It drives straight down the road at 70mph, you could let go of the wheel and it would track straight just as it should.
The suspension is stiff, but after all it is an F350. With the long wheel base its not uncomfortable but I am sure it would ride alot nicer with a little load in it.
The truck also has a 2" receiver hitch in the back as well as a 7 pin connector for trailering. The cover is broken on the connector and there is no brake controller nor do I see any sign of a previously installed contoller.
Mechanically the truck appears and drives just as you would expect from a truck with 83,500 miles. It drives very well.
Cosmetically the truck shows pretty well also. It has been repainted and it is a basic work truck type paint job. It is by far not a showroom quality paint job. It looks good from 5' but as you get closer you can see small imperfections and you can also see dents and things that were just painted over and not repaired. The photos do show some of the small dents in the hood, however with the truck being white do not show some of the smaller surface imperfections. I have taken many pictures so you can see but are not clear in photos. I would assume someone will be purchasing this for thier business, once you put your logos and stuff on the side, I really dont think the paint condition is going to affect your vision. You will also see the front bumper is bent as well as the rear bumper in bent as well. The rear bumper is missing the plastic cover on the left side as well. Please take a close look at the pictures to see complete condition of the truck If you are concerned with a perfect paint job or a better than a 5 footer paint job I recommend you see it before you buy it. Its not bad for a work truck.
The interior of the truck is in good condition as well for a work truck. The seats are not all torn up and ripped apart, the floor is pretty much intact with some wear in the drivers area. There are some stains and such as you will se in the photos I have taken of the interior. Its a basic work truck interior with vinyl floor, vinyl seats, crank windows and push locks. There is no radio nor is there an AC option. Very basic work truck.
The underside of the truck is in OK condition as well. It has some rusting typical of a truck this age. I have taken pictures of the underside as well, please examine to see condition.
The spare tire is missing from the underside.
3 of the 4 tires are LIKE NEW 95% or better. 1 tire is 75% and a different brand.
All of the lights are in working condition.
Antifreeze is good to -30F
There are no know drivetrain issues.
There are no starting, charging or ignition issues.
There is no sign of oil consumption or leaking.
It does not miss, backfire or idle improperly.
The serpentine is in good condition.
All fluids have been checked and are adequate.
There are no guage or dash issues.
There should be no issue with the vehicle passing a state emissions test.
The exhaust system is intact.

The spedometer and odometer are functional and accurate.
The drivers mirror is scratched, the pass mirror is cracked and not adjustable.

Ohare international Airport is approx 1 hour away, you can grab a taxi from there, a taxi ride will cost you approx $120 from Ohare to our location.
