This is a very clean, very nice, 1978 25th anniversary corvette I have owned for 2 years, that has been redone in many ways to look and drive very good. I believe the engine is the original 350 L48 that she came with, that as been upgraded to run better as a cruiser, not a hotrod. If you are looking for a hotrod, go some place else. The car has replaced and improved the heads with 87 truck heads, Edlebrock performer intake , 650 Holley carb. and an L82 cam. NEW Parts otherwise are: radiator, power steering pump. u-joints, struts, new calipers and pads, master cylinder, plugs, wires, battery, dual exhausts, tires, alignment, carpet, door panels, seats, console, weather stripping, dash lights, radio, etc. etc. etc...I have receipts for some of this, but not all. The paint was redone and is very, very nice as the pics show. She has been entered in 4 car shows and placed in 2 of them. The three speed automatic transmission was gone thru in 2003 and the car has about 6000 miles or so, on it since, this is my best guess based on my receipts. She shifts perfect and strong. Not working at this time is the tack and clock, both very common, cruise control, never wanted it. driver side outside door lock, it will lock from inside and open from inside, but not with the key, I plan on looking at fixing this and I believe the air conditioner has been converted over to the New stuff and needs filling with Freon, I plan on looking at this too, but no guarantees, as I never wanted it. This is a garage kept, non smoking car, which spent most if not all of its life in the south, that is a blast to own and drive to shows and to cruise in, you will not be disappointed. This car starts fast, sounds quiet at the motor end, doesn't click, smoke or knock. I do have the original heads, intake etc. for the car to go with it when it sells. You will not be disappointed.
