This car has a Salvage/Rebuilt title, but has an active warranty and maintenance program still current until 08/2014. It is eligible for an extended warranty. I have owned this car for 2 years and it has had all maintenance done every year by Sandia BMW in Albuquerque, NM. I have all records from the dealer and some from the dealer in San Diego, CA. The car is originally from California. The car was in a minor front-end accident and was repaired before I purchased it in April 2012. There was no frame damage and no airbags were deployed. The damage was all cosmetic. The hood was replaced, along with repair to bumper cover and trim pieces. No damage to engine or suspension. Belly pan is present under car. There are no leaks and everything works perfectly on the car. Over the last year, it has only been driven 1-2 times a week and always garaged. It has never sat out in the sun or weather. This car has the Premium package, Navigation, Front and Rear Parking sensors, Sunroof. Standard sound system with iPod control. Genuine BMW sport wheels, but no Sport package. Heated front seats, Compass rear-view mirror with Home Link. The car comes with 2 sets of tires and wheels. The original BMW 17" Multi Spoke(Style 284) with 225/45 Continental ContiproContact SSR run flats, 70-80% tread. And as pictured the Genuine BMW 18" sport wheels(Style 287) with Michelin Pilot Sport AS Plus, non-run flat tires. Sport wheels are staggered with 225/40R18 on front and 255/35R18 on rear. Tires have only 8,000 miles on them. Additional: Added trunk spoiler, OEM style and had it installed by Auto body professional. Carbon-fiber mirror caps. Secured with 3M tape, so can be removed. Replaced Chrome kidney grilles with black, but original grills will come with the car also. Sport steering wheel added with correct air bag. Original non-sport wheel and airbag come with car also. Window tinting installed at 15%, and is in good condition. The car has 1 working remote, but comes with an additional non-working remote and cut emergency key. Owners manual is present along with touch-up paint. Car has original carpet floor mats. Leather interior still smells new and no rips/tears. Both sets of tires have OEM TPMS sensors installed. This car is immaculate and dives flawlessly. Recent yearly service with oil change, DEF fluid, New wiper blades, and brake fluid flush was done in April 2014. This car needs nothing and has added bonuses you won't find with most Non-sport models. The car has some minor light scratches and repaired rock chips in paint, but hardly visible. Slight scratch in the anti-glare coat on Nav screen, but does not affect the screen itself. The car is sold as-is with the existing factory warranty and additional tires and wheels. Mileage may be slightly higher, but will not be driven much. Buyer is responsible with shipping, but will assist as much as I can. $500 deposit is required within 24 hours of auction close.
