Vehicle Detail
Listing the "Family Truckster". This is a very nice example of the Buick Roadmaster wagon. It is equipted with the towing package with trans cooler, dual cooling fans, posi rear end and larger brakes. It has 161,000 well cared for miles. Oil changed every 3000 miles and maintained very well. The inside has no flaws, tears, stains or mars. The exterior is in good condition, but not perfect. The paint on the rear bumper is flaking off in some places, and the left rear quarter did have a repair aft of the gas door. The left front fender has been replaced with another white color on it. The vinyl wood is all in good shape on the body, some areas on the trim have faded. All of the glass is in excellent shape. The motor runs very strong, does not leak, smoke or use oil. Drives straight, stops as it should, and a good driver in general. I have used this car as my daily driver and would not hesitate to take it on any trip. It gets better gas mileage than my v-6 SUV. I have replaced the exhaust from the cats back with Flowmaster 52 series and eliminated the exhaust resonators. Has a slight tone at idle and a growl when you put your foot into it. Replaced A/C compressor and converted the system last year. Replaced fuel pump and sender. New air shocks. This car did not have the airbag suspension from the factory. Tires have at least 75% tread left. I have tried to remember all that we have done and been as descriptive as possible. If you have questions please do not hesitate to ask. If you want specific photos I am glad to send them. I found out after listing that the a car fax shows a salvaged title. I assure you I hold a clear NON-SALVAGED Wisconsin title. It was titled in Minnesota prior to me owning it but I was not aware. I can only assume that the damage to the rear quarter and the left fender was claimed with insurance and they deemed the vehicle totaled at that time. There was only sheet metal damage. I have inspected the frame and structure of the vehicle and will show that there is not any damage or signs of repaired damage.
