I am the City Auditor for a small Central Ohio municipality, and I am authorized and directed to sell to the highest bidder this 2006 Mercury Marquis. This has been our police chief's car. It is NOT a police package vehicle. It has leather, and I am told that all aspects of this vehicle seem to function appropriately except the climate control system module. The AC blows cold, but it comes out the defrost vents instead of the vents in the dash. I understand that this is a common problem for these vehicles.
