Up for Auction is a 1975 Ford Mustang II with 12,200 original miles. This is the "forgotten Mustang" and although it saved the Mustang name from being dropped in the mid seventies not many folks cared about them. As a result today there are not many mustang IIs left.. This Mustang II is a garaged survivor example that is really solid and really really clean. It has never been rusted. It is mostly original throughout but has been freshened here and there on the Body. Super straight and no accidents. It is not a 98 point show car, but is beautiful example probably a more original and cleaner example than most. Never been chopped up or modified. It is equipped with a 2300 4 cyl engine, automatic with factory air and NO power steering. It actually is fun to drive and gets plenty of attention. Very rare in this condition and low miles. Runs great!! The tach works when it wants to, the Air blows warm and there is one small hole in the head liner (Which is pictured). A very striking color combination that glows in the sun. IF you are celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Mustang and are looking to add a rare example to your Mustang collection, this is the one!!
