In January 1999, launched a radically redesigned model. The Every van was now demoted to the minibus / van model of the Carry and exported.  The engine was adapted to the stricter emission regulations and performed in the version is now 60 hp. The engines are installed under the driver's seat. The minibus / van versions provided 1200 lb payload .As of June 1999, there was the Joy Pop Version with power windows, keyless entry, and car radio as standard. Double airbag and anti-lock brakes was standard equipment on all versions. This joy pop version also has manual 5 speed trans 660cc engine, air conditioning, aluminum wheels, DOT rated 13" tires, power windows and door locks dual airbags. push button 4x4 .
