Vehicle Detail
0 0 1 357 2035 salesforce.com 16 4 2388 14.0 Normal 0 false false false EN-US JA X-NONE I'm offering for sale my extremely clean 2001 BMW X5 4.4i SAV (Sport Activity Vehicle). I am the second owner and bought the car from Motorwerks in Barrington in 2003 when it had around 20K miles on it (currently has 93K miles). I have been meticulous in my care for this X5. It has been dealer maintained for the entire time of my ownership. The vehicle is washed weekly, waxed three times a year and all recommended dealer and manufacturer maintenance has been completed over the entire ten plus years I’ve owned it. I’ve had some very minor paint work done during the tenure of my ownership – to fix cosmetic issues. The car has never been in a more serious accident (other than once being hit while parked which required some paint work). The interior is also in excellent condition. Real leather seating with no scuffs or wear. The carpet is in excellent condition - and it comes with two sets of mats (carpet for summer and rubber for winter). No one has ever smoked in the car. The tires have 30K miles on them - so good for another year or so. Everything works on the car (radio, CD changer, A/C, etc) except the passenger side rear door does not unlock with the automatic unlock (using the key or main lock button). The door can be unlocked manually. Overall, this is a lot of car for the money. I have service records covering the last ten plus years which I'll share with the prospective buyer. I have two sets of keys and the valet key plus a full set of manuals. The car also comes with a dust cover and extra OEM wheel (which I bought to replace one that has some very minor curb rash but never installed). I’m only selling because I bought a newer BMW. Overall, it’s a great car for someone looking for a safe and well maintained high-end BMW (over $60K when new back in 2001). Vehicle is also offered for sale locally, and I reserve the right to cancel the auction at any time if it sells locally.
