It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle. We will try our best because we want you to love your car.
Financing
When you win an auction on eBay, we will expect you to have financing in order and be ready to finalize your purchase.
Deposit and Payment
Winning bidder or buyer needs to contact us within 48 hours of the end of the auction. Payment will arranged at that time. A non-refundable deposit of $1000 will be due within 48 hours. The buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance due plus fees & taxes within 7 days. Before delivery of the vehicle can take place, all payments must be received and cleared.
If no contact is made within 48 hours of the close of the auction, we reserve the right to relist, sell to the next highest bidder, or sell the vehicle locally. Please keep in mind that the vehicle is advertised locally and otherwise, and we reserve the right to end the listing early if the vehicle is sold.
Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We can assist you with finding a shipping company if you'd like. Feel free to call us for more information. Once the vehicle leaves our dealership, it is the responsibility of the buyer and the shipping company. full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.
Pick-up
A representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at area airports when necessary. Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements.
All vehicles have Extended Warranties available . Price depends upon year and value of the vehicle.
