Vehicle Detail
1964 Suzuki T10 El Camino Rare example of the first twin-cylinder Suzuki imported to America starting in 1962. Advanced for its time, the 250cc two-stroke twin had an electric starter, automatic oil-injection and unique hydraulically activated rear drum brake. This "barn-find" 1964 T10 still has most of its original paint and many hard-to-locate components, including the chrome-shrouded rear shocks, fully enclosed chainguard and flat-bottom headlight. While the front fender has been repainted, the pressed-steel frame still wears its factory blue paint. In amazingly good condition are the original chrome-plated steel wheel rims. Included in the sale are the original mufflers (see photo 17). Missing are the head pipes, carburetors & sheetmetal carb shroud. While the chrome-sided fuel tank is original, it will need some work as the top is dented and the bottom has rusted through in places. Also missing are the frame's chromed sidecovers and the dual seat. Produced from 1962-67, the T10 is one of the rarest of vintage Suzukis. Here's a barn-find example ready for restoration. Bike is located near Barstow, California, is sold on a bill of sale only, no title.
