"1999 Ford F150 Super Cab Truck" "NO RESERVE" We purchased this truck from a repossession auction in May 2012. At that time the only thing that needed attention was the AC compressor which was replaced and the truck got sold on payments to a long time customer. He drove the truck daily and made his payments on time so life was good for the customer and me. Then in April this year a few hours after getting home from work and parking it in his driveway, my customers truck was on fire. After the fire department said that it was safe, he went out and inspected the damage. The wiring harness was severely damaged, the battery was toast, and most of the other wires and belts were melted. The windshield, windshield wipers, hood, left fender panel and grille were damaged. The motor (4.2L V-6 engine) and transmission (4 speed automatic) ran great with no issues before the fire. The suspension worked like it should with no noises. The front end was tight and the truck drove straight down the road with no wandering or pulls from side to side. The tires felt good and rolled fine. So these should still be in working condition just as it was before the fire. The interior is in above average condition for the year and miles (over 150k) . It needs a good cleaning but there are no tears in the cloth seats or big stains on the carpet. No major cracks in the dash. The radio has been removed. The front door panels are in good condition. Even the back seats and door panels are in great condition. The rest of the body, the wheels and the rims are in good condition. The frame and underside of the truck is in great condition with no signs of rust and is overall very solid. The truck comes with a clear Alabama title and can be used as a donor for a project or parts for another truck. The reason I am selling it is the customer only had liability insurance and I figured that someone out in ebay land might want it instead of scraping it. The truck will be sold as is where is with no warranty written or implied, however, If you are the winning bidder and feel that I have lied or deceived you in anyway in this description, I will refund your deposit minus any fuel cost if I deliver and we can go away from the deal still friends. I can deliver anywhere in the lower 48 states for $1.25 per loaded mile on an open trailer. I require any bidder with an eBay rating of 5 or less to contact me before bidding.
