WE DONT HAVE GHOST BIDDERS AS A BUNCH OF YOU THINK! OK OUR 249 FEE IS FOR ABOVE AND BEYOND THE NYS INSPECTION THAT IS REQUIRED FOR US TO SELL A CAR IN NYS. AND WE REPLACE BRAKES THAT ARE LESS THAN 40% (PART OF THE 249) TIRE BALANCE, FRONT END PARTS LIKE BALL JOINTS SWAY BAR LINKS AND BUSHINGS..... IT USUALLY COSTS ME WAY MORE THAN 249.... IF YOU DONT WANT TO PAY THE 249.... GREAT ! DONT PAY IT.... WE WONT CHECK IT OTHER THAN WHAT NYS SAYS WE HAVE TOO... NO PROBLEM! DEPOSIT OF 500 IS DUE WITHIN 48 HOURS THREW PAYPAL... IT IS NON REFUNDABLE....
