Holds 11 passengers + driver in comfortable high-back seats. We purchased this new in 2012 and it's been running back and forth between Champaign, IL and Chicago O'Hare Airport ever since.  Body is in great shape. There are four tiny dents: Rear right where a luggage cart bumped side, two on hood where ice chunks or rocks hit hood, and one under the "no smoking" badge. They aren't particularly visible. There is also minor discoloration on the front left bumper. Not sure what caused that. And there is a tiny tear in the back of the rear bench seat. The tear is only visible to cargo in the cargo area. Tires are at about 75%, and they're Michelins.  Runs great. Gets about 18 mpg. Never in an accident of any kind. Oil changed every 5k miles using Mobil 1 type M. Tranny serviced every 75k miles. Serpentine belt and tensioners replaced regularly. Ceiling and seats were Scotchguarded before it was put into service.  There is custom commercial carpet in the passenger area. One minor problem: front dome light does not come on when door is opened. It can be turned on manually. We've been unable to resolve this issue. We took delivery of a new Sprinter on May 3, and we need to make space for it. We will remove all vinyl lettering from paint. Vinyl will be left on glass - it's much easier to remove because it's very difficult to scratch glass. Check my feedback for other happy Sprinter buyers.
