1967 Chevy Camaro RS/SS 350. Very rare, heavily optioned Camaro. Chevy made 220,906 Camaros in 1967 but only 29,270 had the SS Package , only 7,980 had the Tilt Steering Column and only 1,733 had the Close Ration 4-Speed Muncie Trans so that means this car is one of 1,733 possible survivors. This car is unmolested all original. The body is solid, doors close crisply, interior floors are good, there is some rust on the quarters and trunk floor. The paint appears to be the original butternut yellow. There is no indication of previous accidents, and everything is here down to the last emblem. The interior is in exceptionally good condition for a car this age, there are no tears in the seats or dash, all gauges appear to work, even the stereo works. The engine is a non-numbers matching but correct (this is a 350 car) 4 bolt main engine built by a New Jersey company, The engine has TRW 10:1 pistons, Comp Cam, Hump Iron Heads w/202-160 SS valves, Wieland Intake, Eldebrock carb. The engine runs great and I have all documentation for the engine build and the trans rebuild. The NADA book values this model at 18k low, 38k mid, and 55k High. You may be able to find a “standard” Camaro cheaper but they cost the same to restore. This car is a much better investment and its value will appreciate much greater than a standard Camaro.
