Up for auction is a fantastic truck from 1947. It would be excellent for a custom project or leave it is for a shop truck, a delivery truck or a farm truck. It has a flathead V-8 that starts immediately and runs like new. No leaking or smoking. Transmission is a 4 speed manual with creeper gear. It has a 2 speed rear end. Electrical was converted to 12 volt and everything works fine. The body and paint are pretty good. Driver’s fender has a dent that could use some repair. There are a few other paint chips, etc but all in all pretty good for 67 years old. The glass is good but the windshield has a crack. The tires are fair but two spare wheels and 3 decent tires come with the truck. The brakes need bleeding before driving very much. The emergency brake works. You already have bought it! Balance is due within 7 days of auction close. For the balance due, we will only accept cash ON DELIVERY (in person) or a certified check.
