Looking for an original 65? Well, here it is... Built in LA in Oct. 1964 this beauty has been well preserved and used sparingly. It sits in my garage (covered) and is brought out on pretty days to drive..Yes It's 50 yrs old & still gets big time thumbs up everywhere I drive it and yes it has it's little quirks( takes a few minutes to warm up & run smooth) then purrs like a kitten while idleing but loves the road too & will show it's stuff when asked. More horses than a standard 350 4bbl. It's a surprisingly strong old car.. Everything works,lights,turn signals, windows are clear & free of dings, window rubber is good , paint is Very Nice, tires are excellent, even the original radio tries to pick up am stations..Some changes have been made when the car was cosmeticly restored a few yrs ago. It now sports a cobra front valance & GT rear valance w/fake dual exhausts. It still has the orig. single exhaust (new muffler), orig. 2bbl carb is still on it & works great. You won't find ANY rust on this car ( I got it out of Nevada, where it spent it's life & now in SC) I've never entered it into a show but it could easily win if the judges knew what they were looking at.. Some say it has tripped the odometer, I say "no way". It still has the original manifolds from when it was new.. I'm asking a VERY fair price for the car (check Nada). It's not exactly perfect ( I did notice a little antifreeze leak ?) but you won't be disappointed .
