This is my 2006 VW Jetta TDI with just over 190,000 miles on it. I drive this to and from work daily and It is the most comfortable car I've owned. I am selling this great car to buy a 2014 Jetta TDI. I bought the car locally in early 2011. I have put brakes, tires, a washer fluid reservoir, hoses, and a new battery into the car since I bought it. It gets 40MPG reliably on my 50 mile commute and handles like an expensive import. I put a hitch on it that is perfect for your bicycle rack or utility trailer. The car had a new timing belt installed on 11/25/2009 at 123,155 miles. It will need another timing belt change at 200,000miles. It has been reliable and runs great. I have had the oil changed between 3000 and 5000 miles with synthetic 5-40 oil religiously and have had the fuel filter changed. My mechanic told me the car will need a new EGR valve. I looked up the part and it costs just over $300. The car is still running strong, reliably, and gets 40MPG when I check it at each fill-up. It has good paint, has never been wrecked, has one year old tires, has plenty of brakes left, and has good PA yearly inspection until December this year. The exhaust is fine, the transmission shifts great and the engine pulls strong. The Air conditioning blows cold, the heater and heated seats work perfectly, and the power sunroof works great. The sound system is very good. You will see in the pics that the headliner inside is separated in the back of the car, probably from too much enjoyment of the sunroof. From the Carfax report that I got when I bought the Jetta, it has always been a Pennsylvania vehicle. It has no rust. 4/26/14: I changed the oil and filter today at 190625 miles. I'm still driving the car to and from work until it sells. Filled it up with diesel Thursday night and checked the mileage again and it got 40mpg as usual.
