The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a super clean 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid. This car is in beautiful condition inside and out. The title is clean and clear without any liens or encumbrances. We have both sets or keys/remotes, all of the glovebox manuals, and the full set of Honda floor mats. This Civic runs like a brand new vehicle. The Hybrid system operates exactly the way it should. The owner recently installed a full set of new tires, which are still like new. The brake pads are all in excellent condition as well. There aren’t any service warning lights on. All of the power equipment in this Honda has been checked and everything is operating properly. The oil & filter and the air filter were just replaced. The Galaxy Gray Metallic exterior of this Civic looks terrific. The paint is nice and glossy without any dents or scratches and only some nicks and minor imperfections. The alloy wheels are super clean. There aren’t any chips in the windshield or windows. The interior of this Honda is like new. There isn’t a wear spot, stain, mark or any sort of damage at all. The seats and carpeting are crisp, fresh and clean. All of the interior trim is intact, tight and in perfect condition as well. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors or burn marks inside this car, and this Civic still has the new car scent. This Civic is an excellent running vehicle that is ready to be picked up and driven anywhere. The acceptable methods of payment are Bank Wire Transfer, Certified Bank Check, Direct Deposit or Cash in person. We do not offer financing. Deposit down payments are non refundable. We do not accept trade ins. Any guarantee offer for this vehicle will be voided if payments are not made according to terms. WARRANTY: This vehicle will be sold AS-IS with no warranty expressed or implied by the seller. However, the buyer will be offered the option to purchase an additional Extended Service Warranty for all applicable vehicles. The title is guaranteed to be free and clear. We are not a retail dealership, so it is very important to coordinate your arrival with us before finalizing your plans. We are usually open from 9AM to 4PM weekdays, and are closed on weekends. We are approximately 15-minutes from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), the Amtrak 30th Street Train Station, and the Greyhound Philadelphia Bus Station. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $50, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer, cash in person, or certified personal check. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends. We also sell vehicles locally and reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time.
