Up for auction is my 1971 Mustang Mach 1 351 CJ (285 hp) This is the last year of the true Muscle cars! This very desirable Mustang came equipped with the C-6 auto transmission with Bright red factory color with black interior. its loaded with factory options like power windows ,tilt steering column Rimblow steering wheel,Tachometer A/C Power front disk brakes (SEE MARTI REPORT ATTACHED) This was originally a Texas running and driving car when I purchased it. the previous owner planned started to restore and had the car professionally media blasted and then to prevent rust he epoxy primed the whole car but no sheet metal was replaced. The advantage is that no paint is hiding any body work and what you see is what you get. The following sheet metal needs to be replaced: RH/LH Floor pans RH/LH Quarter skins Trunk floor Tail light panel Trunk lid Both fenders Hood LH door Due to the increasing popularity of the 1971-73 mustangs there are a lot more aftermarket parts being reproduced such as the door shells that recently became available. Its a very well optioned Mustang with the original 351 engine and auto transmission. unless you can find a 351 Boss or a 429 Mach 1 this M-code mustang is one of the most desirable Muscle cars of the 1971 model year The frame rails and cross members are solid. the interior is all there but will have to be refurbished.
