1985 K100RS BMW- 59,182 miles, considered to be just broken in as there are many of these K bikes running around with 200,000+ miles on them. BMW enthusiasts say this engine is bulletproof. Averages 40 mpg. New battery installed 6/13/13. Corbin seat and I added a beaded seat pad, great for long rides and especially on warm days. I purchased in Sept of 2011 with 49,750 miles. I rode 7500 miles during the 2012 season and 1500 during 2013 season. I purchased the lower engine spoiler used for $150.00. These are very hard to come by and this one is in very good condition compared to most IF you can even find one. The lower engine spoiler is one of the original colors this bike was offered in - Alaska Blue. I have not mounted, it was my goal to repaint entire bike, but have not gotten around to it. I have the Clymer service-repair-maintenance manual that will be included with sale. There is a picture of the tail light - the left corner is broken. The light still works fine and bulb assembly is not exposed to the weather. To purchase the tail light assembly new cost is $65.00, so you are aware. I have shown pictures with and without the taller windscreen installed. During cooler riding months the tall screen is nice, during the warmer months I removed for more air flow. The saddle bags are hard shell and are the smaller "city bags". I also will include Frog Toggs - Highway Toadz Reflective Jacket XL Yellow, Toad Skinz Reflective Pants Black size large and Frog Leggs - medium riding boot covers (make any riding boot waterproof) I purchased these new and only used a few times total cost for the three $175.00. I did install an auxiliary power plug to power a GPS or cell phone charger. I have a few extra parts - mirror spring clips, front left turn signal cover and special oil filter wrench $11.00 new) Small crack on lower right fairing approx. 1.5" long. Also upper left fairing has some fiberglass patches (these were done before I purchased). Local pick up only.
