Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE This car arrived here about a week ago, from the original owner, who was moving to CA. It was his wife’s, who passed away some time ago, and has been parked in either a carport or garage for some time. It was last registered in 2005, but may have been parked earlier. It is now currently registered; title is a few weeks away, but I have a copy of the original. Useless, but cute. When it was parked, it had just had a fresh tuneup, lube and oil, filter, and an absolutely full gas tank, which is why I thought the gauge was incorrect. It is not. The engine, transmission and driveline are sweet, smooth and silent. Even after days of sitting, the engine fires immediately (on 10-year-old gas!). The body is fair; there are dings, a minor crunch in the trunk area, and surface rust. I have used rust treatment- hence the black areas. The interior is also fair- I have done nothing but vacuum. Most of the leather is good, one nick in the driver’s seat. The front carpeting is a waste- must be replaced. In the pictures, I have tried to show the good, and the bad. I think that the good (mechanics) far outweigh the bad, but I do not need another project. My reserve is a little less than the Buy It Now; whatever the car sells for, I have promised the first owner to share 50-50. It was his wife’s car- he did not want to see it get parted out.
