Part of a large British collection I am too old to ride now. This Trident was purchased locally. The last owner had cracked the engine case, and rather than have it welded, he chose to replace the whole deal with a rebuitlt unit. I do have the cases, and it would make sense to repair them and have a matched numbers bike. That aside, the rest of the bike is original very nice shape, except the tank. Former owner had tank resprayed in black/gold-flake red in the proper pattern. Looks great, just not stock. Boyer ignition just makes them run better. These are very strong machines, a practical classic street bike that has good parts availability and rising collector value. Buyer will not be disappointed.
