Are you ready to own a piece of Porsche history? This 1971 Porsche 911t Targa is a nice daily driver or excellent candidate for a full restoration. To the best of our knowledge the car has 30,960 original miles and a clear title. This car is NOT a barn find. It was driven on occasion for pleasure until it found its way to us. This is a numbers matching car. The chassis number is 9111113359 with and engine number of 6117808911. The exterior is far from perfect but in good condition. The paint has fisheyes, a few runs and there is a large chip inside the passenger side door. The bumpers are bright as is the rest of the chrome with little in the way of pitting. The glass is in good shape and the blinkers are functioning. The paint measures from a low of 7.5mm to a high of 30.5mm. There appears to be body filler on the drivers side rear quarter panel as well as the rocker panels. The floor must have had rust at some point but has since been repaired. The engine leaks oil as most do. The trunk is solid and we installed two new battery's just this week. The Targa top appears to be original and in very nice condition. The wheels are original but the "black" portion was previously painted. The interior is in exceptionally nice, original condition with the exception of the aftermarket radio and speakers. The bad is the car has a spoiler and exterior mirrors that are not original. We would rate this as a 3.5 on the Hagerty valuation tool and is currently in running condition with a Pa. state inspection sticker that just expired in March 2014.
